the Moon's TKD Academy syllabus.

Poomse (Forms) At Moon's each belt level requires the student to know 2 poomse (among other requirements). For each level, one poomse is as designated by the World Taekwondo Federation (and the Kukkiwon), while the other is taken from our Moo Duk Kwan heritage.
